March 24, 2025 – TheParade of Homes will return to Hancock County on Saturday, March 29th during the two-day annual ArtsAlive Festival. The Parade, which is free and open to the public, will feature 52 homes for sale in Bay St. Louis and Waveland.

“Hancock County is one of the fastest growing counties in Mississippi, and there are many reasons why like quality of life, our close proximity to New Orleans, and a vibrant community with plenty of things to do,” said Aissa Wiggins, Real Estate Agent at John McDonald Realty and Chairman of the Hancock Chamber Relocation Committee.

What’s different about the 2025 event is that it will be produced in conjunction with the Arts Alive Festival. In doing so, out-of-town attendees will get a better idea of the Hancock County lifestyle. They will experience our culture, hospitality and vibrant arts scene first-hand. Arts Alive will serve as an orientation point for attendees who would like a face-to-face briefing at the “Hancock My Home Hospitality Tent” on the grounds of the historic Depot, featuring furnishings from Gulf Coast Home nd Sassy Bird Interiors with tastings from Lagarde’s Fine Wine & Spirits, before heading directly to one of the property listings.

Those touring the homes on March 29th will be invited to register onsite at each of the homes.  All registered attendees will be entered in the drawing for the grand prize giveaways valued at over $2,500 and will get an extra entry for every home toured. Prizes will be drawn from 12 – 5 p.m. at the Hancock My Home tent at Arts Alive. You do not have to be present to win.
